Do you accept custom orders?

Everything we do is custom! You'll be working directly with Steve and Becca from the moment you contact L4. Since every order is custom, you'll be right there throughout the design and approval process, ensuring the order you pick up is exactly the way you envision it.

How much does laser engraving cost?

Pricing depends on several factors:

  • How many items you need engraved
  • If all of the engraving is the same, or if each item is different
  • How much engraving you need on each item
  • How fast you need your item back

Can you engrave while I wait?

Depending on the item, we can possibly engrave while you wait. Please give us a call to ask about our availablity.
Can you engrave or print my logo?

We can! For engraving, please email your logo in a vector format (SVG, AI, or EPS) file including all of the layers. If you don't have one, we can create it for your logo. For printing, send over a high quality image with a minimum of 300 dpi. If we need to work on your image for printing, there may be a one time charge. 
Where can I find your store?

We don’t have a walk-in storefront, we operate out of a private workshop–it’s been called a speakeasy shop and we love that ;)

Because everything we do is custom and made to order, the workshop setup lets us focus on design, quality, and fast turnaround. We are located at 13801 E. Benson Hwy, Suite C in Vail and we welcome you to the shop by appointment. 
What's your turnaround time?

Typically, 7-10 days. Quantity and complexity can affect this. We also offer rush service options if you need something sooner. Please message us for availability and pricing.
Can you engrave items that I provide?

In most cases, yes. It depends on the material. You can also have items shipped directly to us. Prior coordination is required.

What do you have in stock?

While most items are custom made, we do keep the following on hand for last minute customizable gifts:

  • Cups, tumblers, mugs, and bottles
  • Cutting boards
  • Awards
  • Metal yard art (javelina, quail, wind spinners)
